Egg Shell Painting

One of the last things that we had left on our summer fun list was egg shell painting. I had seen this on Pinterest and it looked like a lot of fun!!
As we ate eggs, I cracked just the top to get the egg out, then I washed the inside out carefully. Soon I had an entire dozen!

When we were ready to use them, we gathered up some paint and filled each eggs with it.

After the eggs were filled (about 1/2 to 3/4 way), we pinned some paper up out on the back fence.

Lily got her first egg (they each got 4) and aimed for the paper and....

completely missed! Lol! Note to self, use bigger paper next time.....

Riley was up next and he hit the paper!

Zach threw his egg and hit the paper too!

The kids threw all of their eggs and had a lot of fun doing it!

Either we need to work on aim or just get really, really big paper...... ;0)

They were proud of their beautiful "masterpiece"!
