Our anniversary is the day before Lily's Birthday. My sister Amy was sweet enough to keep the kids overnight so we could celebrate. She made sure Lily felt special by making chocolate chip pancakes and sausage for breakfast for them. :0)
After we picked them up, we came home so Lily could open her presents from us. Lily is obsessed with the Princess sing-a-long dvds, so when I saw one at Walmart, I knew it would be perfect for her!
She also got a mermaid (her favorite thing next to lambs), a Frozen tent for her bed, a Cinderella doll, and a Frozen print for her bedroom.
After we went to Red Robin for dinner, we had a peanut butter chocolate chip cookie cake. (She picked out the mish-mash of candles.....)
The next day we celebrated with family with a Sofia the First themed party!
My sister Mary made a beautiful cake for her!
After a lunch of Lily's favorites; hot dogs (hamburgers too), strawberries, watermelon, potato casserole, and cheese balls, she opened presents.
My mom made this mermaid tail for her! It's a blanket/sleeping bag!!!
She got so many great gifts! Thanks everyone!!
Next was cake time!!
Lily said it was the best birthday ever! (But I'm pretty sure she says that every year.) :0)
Happy Birthday Lily!! My new laptop allows me to add comments YIPPEE
