Science Olympiad Regionals (2015)

It seems like forever since I have blogged! I have had a lot of things going on and to add to that my photo editor has been acting funky and Jeff hasn't had time to fix it, so I decided to just post the pictures as is. I will try to be better at posting in he future. :0)

So, a few weekends ago, the Science Olympiad team had it's Regionals meet. Depending on how they did here, depended on whether they got to go to State in April or not. (Spoiler alert, they do!!) :0)

They sent two teams to regionals. The Presenting Team, which is the team that will go to State and hopefully Nationals. They also sent the Invitational Team which is the kids who are not going to State or nationals, but they are just as important because they help the school's overall score which helps them get to State. Zach was very lucky as one of only 3 6th graders who was chosen to be on the presenting team!! We are so proud of him!! He won third place in his event; Crave the Wave.

State is on April 4th, so Zach has some more studying to do! We know he can do it!
