Christmas 2015

Our Christmas started on the 24th with the Logan side of our family. I forgot my camera, so I have no pictures. :0( But we had our traditional Christmas quiche and opened presents, and spent most of the day together. :0)
Then later on that evening, we got ready to go to Christmas mass.

We did our Christmas Eve tradition after mass. The kids get to open one present to all of them that has new jammies, cocoa, and a new Christmas movie.

Before bed, we set out milk and cookies for Santa.
(Santa must have taken a bite of cookie before I took this picture....) ;0)

After the kids were al snug in there beds, Santa came!!

He even brought something for Willow!

Early the next morning, the kids awoke to their presents!!

Zach brought Willow down to get her present:

Soon it was time to open presents!

We headed over for the Ramsey Christmas, and again, I forgot my camera, but I took these pictures with my phone. They are funny Christmas photo prop pictures!

Madison got a "phone" that plays music, and she wanted to share that music with everyone. :0)

My White Elephant Gift was an Ugly Christmas Sweater Kit. Matt got this and promptly made an ugly sweater. LOL!!!

So much fun!!
I love being able to spend time with family!!

Christmas Fun!

The kids have been off school for Christmas break since last Friday. We have been busy getting ready for Christmas & have been doing lots of fun things! Here are two things that we have done:

Christmas lights ornaments:
We needed white bulbs, paint, and sharpies:

The kids all stuck their fingers into the paint and made finger prints on the bulbs in different colors all around the bulb.

After the paint was dry, I drew lines to connect them:

I think they turned out pretty cute!!

Another fun activity we did was making rice krispie treat trees.
We cheated and bought ready made treats, and cut them into triangles:

Then we added a Hershey kisses for the tree trunk.

Then the fun began! They frosted and decorated their trees!

They were very fun and easy to make, and the kids loved eating them afterwards!
