Puff Paint Snowflakes

While the kids were still on break & it was super cold, I decided to have them make puff paint snowflakes! All we needed was wax paper, puff paint, and we used pictures of snowflakes for them as a guide.

For a fun treat, we had bubbly drinks! We used cotton candy & sprite. The kids thought this was yummy!

They each chose which snowflake and color they wanted & placed the wax paper over the top of the picture. They used the paint to trace the shape of the snowflake.

I had to remind them that all of the lines had to connect of this wouldn't work.
Here are their snowflakes:

Zach:

When they are dry, you can peel them off and stick them on a window!

Riley & Lily's were thick enough, but Zach's was too thin & broke when I peeled it off. :0(

They were fun to make though & they liked how they looked on the window!

New Year's Eve!

On New Year's Eve, we went over to my sister Amy & brother-in-law Sam's house for an adult & kid-friendly party. Amy had set up a cool party room for the kids to be in and the adults could hang out upstairs. There was tons of yummy food & drink, laughing, talking, and games!

The kids ate, played games, and then also watched a movie on the projector!

All of the kids got a treat bag with noise makers, blowers, and other fun stuff & they got to decorate their own hats.

These three cuties got to hang out with the adults. :0)

A little before midnight, everyone came upstairs where they got sparkling gape juice or champagne to toast the new year!

Happy New Year!!!

This is Ceri, but this is how all three toddlers rang in the New Year; fast asleep. ;0)

Thank you Amy & Sam for a wonderful evening!!

Ramsey Christmas

We headed over to my mom & dad's house to have Christmas with 41 (I think) of my closest relatives, and that wasn't even all of us! Seriously. :0) We were missing a niece & some nephews.

It's nice to all get together even though it is super crowded.

After lunch, we let the kids open their presents. Even though it is just the kids, (and my parents) it is still chaotic because there are so many of them!!

Our next activity is super fun. We make the kids clear out all of their stuff, and then we set all of the White elephant gifts in the middle of the room & go at it!!

There are some pretty funny gifts in that pile!!

Then we all just hang out enjoying each other. :0)

Another fun Christmas over & gone.

Christmas 2013

Our Christmas morning began when Miss Lily climbed in bed with Jeff & I at 6:00 in the morning wanting to go downstairs. we persuaded her to wait until 6:30 to wake her brothers up. As soon as she saw that it 6:30, she joyfully woke her brothers up.

They all ran downstairs to see what Santa brought them!!

After they played with their presents and we had breakfast, we opened presents from each other.

Silly boys!

After awhile, we got dressed & headed over to my parent's house for our last Christmas celebration!
